Reminds me vaguely of the scene in Aliens when Bishop does the knife trick with Hudson.

Wow, he even dead that kewl claw thing with his finger when cutting - I've never mastered that, thus the lack of fingertips.
This was completely awesome. Somehow I think Beau has a past history of being a food prep in a restaurant.
