I remember that. I was on the Bubbleyum side. Remember all of those rumors about spider eggs in bubbleyum? That was when I was in fourth grade, I think. I remember being told quite seriously about it by another kid, and knowing that it couldn't possibly be true. A nice example of a pre-internet meme.
